Pre-release edition: the contracting party, its details, governing law, and public request channel are not yet approved. Real accounts and payments must not launch under this document.
This document explains TradeStat rules and practices. Its contents identify the document type and any action that applies; informational notices do not themselves constitute user consent.
Acceptance of the terms
These terms are intended to govern the TradeStat site, future account area, analytics, and other features. This is a pre-release edition: the contracting party, governing law, and mandatory details are not yet confirmed, so no real account or paid service is opened under it.
When accounts launch, the user will accept a specific edition through a separate explicit action in central registration; the date, language, and version will be recorded. Viewing the public site is not consent to optional data processing. Separate terms may apply to paid products, copying, or integrations and will be shown before activation.
Purpose of the service
TradeStat helps users collect, organize, and analyze trading history, compare strategy metrics, and study educational material. The set of available features may change as the product develops.
The service is not a broker, asset manager, or investment adviser and does not make decisions for the user. Displaying a strategy, score, or analytical observation is not an endorsement of a particular trade and does not guarantee an outcome.
Account and security
Some functions will require a unified ecosystem account. Users must provide accurate information, keep their access methods confidential, and report suspicious activity promptly. TradeStat considers context and evidence of compromise; an action occurring in an authenticated session does not remove the service’s duty to protect the account and investigate a substantiated report.
Access must not be shared with anyone who is not authorized to use the relevant accounts or data. TradeStat may temporarily restrict access where compromise, abuse, or a breach of security requirements is suspected.
Paid features and copying
As of this edition, TradeStat does not publish a tariff, public paid offer, or production trade-execution feature. Before payments are introduced, users will see the price, period, taxes, renewal, cancellation and refund rules, and the identity of the payment recipient.
If strategy copying is introduced, it will require a separate contractual framework describing the provider, order transmission, limitations, fees, responsibility, and stopping procedure. A public statistics marketplace does not itself mean that copying is connected.
Connected data and demo mode
The user confirms that they are entitled to connect a selected source and authorize processing of the relevant data. Completeness and freshness depend on the quality and availability of that source; critical information should be checked against the primary source.
The demo dashboard contains fictional or prepared data and exists to demonstrate the interface. Its figures do not belong to a real user or live strategy and are not a promise of earning potential.
Acceptable use
Users may use the service lawfully for personal or agreed professional purposes. Conduct that disrupts operations or security, infringes the rights of others, or violates applicable rules is prohibited.
- Obtaining unauthorized access to accounts, data, or infrastructure.
- Circumventing technical limits, performing bulk automated extraction, or interfering with the service.
- Distributing malicious code, unlawful content, or information known to be false.
- Using TradeStat materials or branding in a way that falsely implies a partnership or guaranteed return.
Intellectual property
The interface, software, design, methodology, writing, graphics, and marks belong to their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable law. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of those materials to the user.
Users retain rights in information they lawfully upload or create. They grant TradeStat a limited right to process it only to provide features, maintain security, and perform these terms.
Availability and limitation of liability
TradeStat aims to operate reliably but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every third-party source. Maintenance, synchronization delays, and changes to individual features may occur.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TradeStat is not responsible for trading decisions, market losses, broker actions, or failures of third-party systems. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and ending use
Users may stop using the service and disconnect data sources. Account and data deletion is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and any mandatory retention period.
These terms may be updated as the product or requirements change. Material updates are communicated in advance through an available channel and, where they alter contractual duties, require new explicit acceptance. Prior editions and acceptance records are retained in an archive.
Contracting party, law, and requests
The full name of the TradeStat owner, address, registration details, governing law, claims procedure, and competent court will be added before production registration. A brand name or site address cannot replace that information.
Mandatory consumer rights and other provisions that cannot be excluded by agreement remain effective regardless of these terms. A public support contact must also be available without mandatory sign-in where a user has lost account access.
